We offer free domestic first-class shipping for all U.S. orders. Our turnaround times are as followed unless otherwise stated:
Temari and other finished goods: 1-3 business days
Masks - 3-5 business days
Handkerchiefs - 1-2 weeks
Poi - 2-3 weeks
Blankets - 3-4 weeks
Lace - 2-3 weeks (for pieces up to 2 feet. We will message with expected turnaround time for larger pieces)
Goldwork - 8-10 weeks
Note - In case an expected ship date falls on a national holiday (like Christmas day) we'll ship by the next business day.
We ship via USPS. All orders come with tracking, though tracking can be limited overseas. Express or expedited shipping is available as long as you're willing to cover the extra charge.
Any additional fees your country tacks on for imports are the responsibility of the customer. Though we can give you a ship-by date, we make no promises as to when your package will arrive. Packages held up in Customs or through the local post sometimes happen, please order early in case of a delay.
The seller is NOT responsible for customs fees and import taxes imposed on buyer by their country of residence. Falsifying customs declaration forms in order to help a Buyer avoid these taxes and fees is against the law, and comes with a punishment of up to $10,000 USD with the possibility of up to 5 years of imprisonment. Seller is not responsible for calculating import fees. Buyer may use the tool found at the web site below to estimate import fees; however, be aware the fees may be higher since this calculator does not include fees charged by postal service or carriers for handling the duty or tax.
Also, the seller is NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. If it's something obvious, we'll contact you and make sure it's right, but it is your responsibility to enter in the address to ship to correctly. Please double check! When we receive a package due to an incorrect address, we'll do everything possible to get in contact with you and re-ship it. Customer is responsible for postage on re-shipped orders.
